The Role

As our Sales Associate, you will:

• Turn "Hellos" into Handshakes: Initiate engaging, high-energy conversations with potential clients across platforms.
• Be the Brand’s First Impression: Introduce prospects to the Marketing Misfit philosophy with charm, clarity, and zero corporate jargon.
• Spot the Opportunity: Listen actively to client pain points and connect the dots on how our team can solve them.
• Keep the Pipeline Alive: Follow up with leads, manage client touchpoints, and keep track of incoming opportunities.
• Collaborate with the Creatives: Work closely with our marketing and strategy teams to align client expectations with killer creative output.
