About the Role

• Support experienced migration agents in providing service to clients.
• Opportunity for fresh graduates to start a career in the migration industry.
• Handle work from Australia and expanding to other countries.
• Shortlisted candidates are expected to have knowledge of more than one country's process.
• Training will be provided as required.
• This is an onsite role located in Nehru Place (Devika Tower), Delhi.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing visa applications and supporting documents.
• Communicate with clients to gather necessary information.
• Conduct initial assessments of client eligibility for various visa types.
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
• Stay updated on immigration laws and procedures.
• This is NOT a sales job and has no sales targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Excellent English language skills (writing, speaking, listening, and reading).
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to handle confidential information.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Relevant experience is preferred.
