About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and people-centric HR Intern to join our growing Human Resources team.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Employee Engagement & HR Operations
- Onboarding & Employee Lifecycle
- HR documentation & coordination
- Exposure to real-world HR processes and projects
Qualifications
- Recent graduates who have completed BBA, MBA or a related field
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Eagerness to learn and take ownership
- Organised, proactive and people-oriented
Internship Duration: 6 Months
Location: Hybrid (Gurugram)
Paid Internship
Candidates who perform well during the internship may be considered for full-time employment.
