Talent Acquisition Intern

About the Role

The Talent Acquisition Intern at Konovo will be instrumental in ensuring a seamless candidate experience by owning the coordination of the top-of-funnel pipeline. This role is designed to help the team hire more efficiently, allowing more time to identify great talent.

Key Responsibilities

• Own interview scheduling end-to-end across multiple open requisitions, coordinating calendars for candidates, interviewers, and hiring managers.
• Schedule and confirm early-stage interviews quickly to maintain candidate engagement.
• Partner directly with the Technical Recruiter to triage top-of-funnel volume and identify bottlenecks.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in Greenhouse.
• Communicate proactively with candidates to confirm details and maintain a sharp candidate experience, even at high volume.
• Use email, text, and calls to connect candidates with the team, acting as the face of Konovo.
• Greet candidates during onsite interviews to ensure they feel welcome and prepared.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage volume effectively.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable corresponding directly with candidates and hiring managers.
• Proactive and resourceful in identifying and solving problems.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, lean environment where priorities shift.
• Familiarity with an ATS (Greenhouse or similar) is a plus, not a requirement.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree.
• No prior recruiting experience required.

Role Logistics

• Term: 3-month internship, with potential to extend.
• Location: Whitefield, Bengaluru, India (Hybrid).
• Hours: 2:00pm-11:00pm IST, UK Shift.
• Scope: Supports scheduling and coordination for open requisitions in Engineering, prioritized by hiring urgency.
