Data Insights Analyst (Entry / Junior)

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Data Insights Analyst (Entry / Junior) to support data analysis and provide actionable insights to drive business decisions. You will assist in collecting, interpreting, and presenting data while working closely with cross-functional teams to identify trends and improve business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support business decisions.
• Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities through data analysis.
• Assist in developing and maintaining data models and reporting tools.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand business requirements and data needs.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across systems.
• Support ad hoc analysis and provide recommendations based on findings.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business, or related field preferred.
• Previous experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or related roles is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
• High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
