About the Role

Oasis Consulting is a growing professional services firm. This is a full-time, on-site Talent Acquisition Specialist role based in Navi Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end hiring processes.
• Conduct role intake with hiring managers.
• Source candidates.
• Screen resumes.
• Coordinate interviews.
• Conduct structured interviews.
• Maintain a strong talent pipeline.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand workforce needs.
• Support employer branding initiatives.
• Provide data-driven hiring updates.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records.
• Use applicant tracking systems.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment practices.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Skills in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, selection, and offer management.
• Skills in Interviewing and Hiring, with the ability to conduct fair, structured assessments and partner effectively with hiring managers.
• Skills in Employer Branding, with experience promoting the organization’s value proposition through multiple channels.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with ATS or recruitment platforms.
• Familiarity with social media and job boards for talent sourcing.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in talent acquisition or recruitment consulting is an advantage.
