About the Role
Ayvaz Pizza (Franchisee of Pizza Hut) is hiring Team Members responsible for assisting with the daily operations of the restaurant. The Team Member role ensures friendly and personalized service, great food, prompt delivery, and a clean, inviting environment for every customer.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests with a smile, receive orders, process payments, and respond appropriately to customer issues.
- Operate cash register or point of sale devices.
- Utilize value-added suggestive-selling techniques.
- Communicate positively with customers, peers, and managers.
- Verify the accuracy of guest orders.
- Prepare and package food and drink products.
- Clean kitchen area, counters, food preparation areas, and utensils.
- Clean dining room, restrooms, and exterior grounds.
- Maintain Health and Safety standards in work areas.
- Unload and stock inventory items.
- Perform duties at multiple workstations.
- Exhibit prompt and regular attendance on assigned shifts.
- Follow uniform and grooming standards and policies.
- Work with management to resolve restaurant issues.
- Develop team effectiveness skills and work with others to achieve team goals.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Dependable and reliable.
- Good written, math, and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable transportation.
- Minimum age of 16 years.
- 18 years old to work opening and closing shifts.
- Possess all documents and permits required by state and federal law.

- Previous customer service work experience is helpful.
