Key Responsibilities
- Understand customer requirements and prepare designs accordingly.
- Prepare quotations based on customer requirements and provided designs.
- Conduct the maker-checker process for design verification.
- Visit sites to obtain initial measurements and assess site conditions for design and pre-sales.
- Prepare pre-sales design pitches and quotes.
- Handle customer interactions and showroom tours.
- Coordinate with the project team regarding the functional possibilities of design execution.
- Collaborate with other internal teams.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Thorough knowledge in design tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray, 3ds Max, Revit, etc.
- Capability to model a complete house in 3D and design interior spaces that are both aesthetic and functional.
- Readiness to adopt new software tools for designing and other purposes.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to interpret floor plans and design drawings.
Qualifications
- Educational Qualification: B. Arch, B.Des.
- Experience: 0-2 years in residential interiors. Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Fluency in English.
- Rapport building skills.
- Telephone etiquette.
- Communication skills.
- Extreme eye-to-detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
