Job Title: Warehouse: Overnight Put Away
About the Role
- Shift/Time: 3rd Shift 8:00 PM - 7:00 AM
- Department: Inbound
- Job Summary: Validate incoming shipments by checking quality, quantity, and accuracy of products. Ensures inbound shipments meet operational and customer standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with inbound validation processes.
- Confirm item numbers, quantities, and condition of products received.
- Report damages or discrepancies to group leader.
- Maintain records of validated shipments.
- Assist in resolving receiving issues as they arise.
- Other duties assigned.
Qualifications
- Competent in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication skills, verbal & written required.
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
- Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Attention to detail.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- 6+ months in warehouse experience preferred.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to perform light to heavy duties.
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
- Ability to work extended hours as required.
