About the Role
Rayna Tours and Travels is seeking a full-time, on-site Travel Consultant for its Pune Division.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide clients in planning and booking international travel, including flights, hotels, tours, and transport services.
- Advise on itineraries.
- Create customized travel packages.
- Manage reservations.
- Ensure accurate travel documentation.
- Handle customer inquiries.
- Resolve issues before and during travel.
- Coordinate with internal teams and partners.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel products, promotions, and industry trends.
- Deliver high-quality service reflecting professionalism and client satisfaction.

- Skills in Travel Consulting and Travel Management.
- Skills in Travel Arrangements and Reservations.
- Strong Customer Service skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in tourism, hospitality, business, or a related field is preferred.
- Relevant experience in a travel agency, tour operations, or hospitality environment is highly beneficial.
- Knowledge of CRM, ERP, and travel booking systems is an advantage.
- Familiarity with visa, insurance, and travel documentation processes is an advantage.
