About the Role
At SPCC Global, we are looking for curious, analytical, and driven CA students for an Articled Assistant role in consulting. The goal is to provide aspiring CAs with opportunities to understand business operations, solve problems, and contribute to business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy formulation: Understand business challenges and contribute to strategic decision-making.
- Business diagnosis: Analyze business performance, identify gaps, and uncover improvement opportunities.
- Process optimization: Study business processes and recommend efficiency improvements.
- Financial consulting: Work with financial information to support business analysis and decision-making.
- Client engagements: Collaborate with business owners, CXOs, and internal teams on real-world projects.
Qualifications
- Have cleared CA Intermediate.
- Have strong accounting fundamentals and analytical thinking skills.
- Are comfortable with Excel and digital tools.
- Communicate clearly and enjoy solving problems.
- Are curious, proactive, willing to learn, and ready to take ownership.
- Are willing to travel and work at client locations when required.

Stipend
