About the Role

This is an entry-level Accelerated Career Track Associate position within Commercial Banking, designed for graduates and undergraduates. The program focuses on building broad-based knowledge of the financial services industry and the organization through a structured rotational development schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete a 9-13 month rotational development schedule within the line of business.
• Enhance financial, analytical, and technical skills.
• Participate in classroom training and line of business overviews.
• Engage in Credit Analysis training and case study work.
• Undertake project work with direct impacts and value add to the line of business.
• Build relationships with managers, leaders, and peers.
• Gain day-to-day experience in the line of business through rotational training.
• Pursue professional development through 1-on-1 coaching with ACT Management.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Bachelor's degree with an overall GPA of 3.2.
• 9 hours of accounting coursework (required for Commercial and Wealth Associate roles).
• Finance coursework (12 hours required for Commercial and Wealth positions).
• MIS, CS, or Security coursework (required for IT, IS positions).

Qualifications

• Excellent leadership skills (preferred).
• Relevant work experience (preferred).
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting (preferred for Commercial and Wealth positions).
