About the Role

Kai is building a social app to help people make real connections, with a focus on getting people off their phones and into the same room. We are looking for individuals who can host fun, curated meetups in Bangalore's public spaces, transforming strangers into a group that wants to gather again. The role is an independent, entrepreneurial opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

• Host meetups at curated public spaces across Bangalore.
• Make strangers feel welcome, breaking the ice and facilitating conversations.
• Build your own community, giving people a reason to return for future meetups.
• Create content by sharing stories, photos, and videos from your meetups.
• Promote your experiences to generate excitement and bookings.
• Take ownership of planning, organizing, hosting, learning, and experimenting.

Compensation

• 50% of every booking you generate.
