About the Role

The Graduate Management Trainee – Sales and Marketing is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role involves engaging with customers face-to-face to promote client brands, explain products and services, and support customer acquisition and retention. The trainee will assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, gathering customer feedback, and reporting on daily activities and performance metrics.

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Comfort working on-site in Bengaluru and availability for full-time work schedules.
• Prior internship or part-time experience in sales, customer service, or marketing is an advantage but not required.
