About the Role
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune City, with multiple positions available across various functional areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Operating and maintaining machinery.
- Supporting fabrication and assembly processes.
- Assisting with CNC and robotic systems.
- Ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams.
- Documenting work.
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
- Contributing to timely project delivery.
- Interacting with clients (in some roles).
- Preparing technical or commercial reports (in some roles).
- Supporting implementation of new technologies and processes (in some roles).
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Technical knowledge in mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering.
- Ability to understand manufacturing processes and machinery.
- Hands-on experience or strong interest in fabrication, welding, CNC operations, or automation systems.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with digital tools for documentation, reporting, and communication.
- Strong problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills.
- Clear, professional communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
- Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards.
- Commitment to continuous learning.
- Experience in automotive, fabrication, or industrial machinery sectors is beneficial.

Qualifications
- Relevant diploma or degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field.
- Vocational training or apprenticeships in industrial trades are an advantage.
