About the Role
The AI/ML Intern role at Bluebex is a full-time hybrid position based in Bengaluru, with flexibility for partial work from home. This role offers hands-on experience in applying AI/ML techniques to real-world technology modernization and digital experience projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in designing, implementing, and testing machine learning models.
- Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
- Collaborate with senior engineers and data scientists.
- Experiment with algorithms.
- Document findings and prepare reports or presentations.
- Help integrate AI/ML components into existing products or proof-of-concept solutions.
- Participate in team discussions around model performance, optimization, and deployment.

Qualifications
- Strong foundation in computer science fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, and basic software engineering principles.
- Understanding of core machine learning concepts such as supervised and unsupervised learning, model training, evaluation metrics, and overfitting/regularization.
- Experience with programming languages commonly used in AI/ML (e.g., Python) and familiarity with libraries or frameworks such as NumPy, pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
- Ability to work with datasets, including data cleaning, transformation, and exploratory data analysis using statistical methods and visualization tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Interest in modernizing technology and enhancing user experiences through AI-driven solutions.
- Prior internship, academic projects, or coursework in AI/ML are a plus.
