About the Role
As a Brand Ambassador for Renuity, you will meet with homeowners in local retail or event environments to start conversations and schedule free in-home consultations. This is an entry-level sales role focused on generating interest and making a great first impression, not closing deals.

Key Responsibilities
- Work in local retail locations and start conversations with homeowners.
- Introduce window, bath, and kitchen solutions.
- Create interest and answer basic questions.
- Schedule qualified, no-obligation appointments for sales representatives.
- Work with your team to hit daily and weekly goals.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Comfortable starting conversations with new people.
- Positive, energetic, and motivated by goals.
- Reliable, coachable, and ready to learn.
- Competitive and excited to earn bonuses.
- Comfortable being active and working on your feet during the day.
- Previous experience in lead generation, retail, customer service, hospitality, restaurants, athletics, or canvassing is helpful, but not required.
Physical Requirements
- Walking and standing in retail and/or event locations for extended periods.
- Working outdoors in varying weather conditions, if at events.
- Standing, bending, and moving throughout the workday.
