Junior Operations Intern (Climate/Sustainability)

OneStop ESG is a global ESG and sustainability marketplace and media platform that brings organizations, solution providers, and professionals together in one ecosystem. The platform helps organizations communicate real impact, reach decision-makers, and connect with a highly engaged community working across climate, sustainability, responsible business, and governance.

The Junior Operations Intern (Climate/Sustainability) role is a hybrid position based in Chandigarh, India, with some flexibility for work from home.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily operations across the ESG marketplace and media platform.
• Coordinate listings.
• Track partner activities.
• Assist with onboarding of organizations and solution providers.
• Help with project management tasks such as updating dashboards, preparing reports, and ensuring timely follow-up on internal and external action items.
• Conduct basic research on climate and sustainability topics.
• Support outreach and sales activities.
• Maintain accurate operational documentation and workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and contribute to the smooth running of platform operations.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, and online collaboration platforms) is preferred.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment based in Chandigarh, India.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and support decision-making for climate and sustainability initiatives.
• Effective communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and the ability to collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Foundational sales and stakeholder engagement skills, with an interest in supporting outreach, partner relationships, and lead follow-up.
• Basic operations management skills, including process coordination, task tracking, and maintaining accurate records.
• Project management skills to help plan, prioritize, and execute operational activities within timelines.
• Interest or academic background in climate, sustainability, ESG, business, or related fields is beneficial.
• Demonstrate reliability, accountability, and attention to detail.
