About the Role
This is a full-time, on-site role in the Greater Delhi Area for All Rounders in Fabrication & Installation. The role is part of a team expansion at LOTUS WiiNDOORS, a manufacturer of uPVC and aluminum system windows and doors.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the fabrication of uPVC and aluminum windows and doors:
- Measuring
- Cutting
- Assembling
- Preparing units according to project specifications
- Handle tools and machinery.
- Support installation work at project sites, ensuring proper fitting and alignment.
- Follow safety protocols.
- Collaborate with supervisors and colleagues to complete assigned jobs on schedule.
- Maintain a clean and organized workshop and site environment.
- Perform basic quality checks on fabricated and installed products.
- Load and unload materials.
- Coordinate with site teams.
- Provide feedback to improve fabrication and installation processes.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Hands-on skills in fabrication of uPVC and aluminum windows and doors.
- Experience or ability in on-site installation work.
- Basic understanding of construction drawings, project specifications, and site coordination.
- Commitment to workplace safety and proper handling of equipment and materials.
- Ability to work in a team and communicate clearly.
- Physical fitness for manual tasks, including lifting, carrying, climbing, and working at heights.
- Willingness to learn new techniques and follow company processes.
Qualifications
- Experience in measuring, cutting, and assembling uPVC and aluminum windows and doors.
- Experience in fitting, alignment, sealing, and finishing of system windows and doors.
- Ability to follow instructions and project plans accurately.
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized workshop and installation site.
- Ability to adapt to changing project demands and schedules.
- Prior experience in fabrication, installation, glazing, or related construction or fenestration work is an advantage.
- Familiarity with projects in educational, hospitality, or high-rise housing is a plus.
