About the Role

The Marketing Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of marketing activities.
• Conduct market research, including data collection, analysis, and reporting of market trends.
• Assist in developing marketing plans.
• Prepare marketing materials.
• Track campaign performance.
• Coordinate with sales teams.
• Communicate regularly with internal stakeholders and clients.
• Support lead generation efforts.

• Identify new market opportunities.
• Provide insights to improve marketing strategies and sales outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong market planning skills, with the ability to assist in developing and executing marketing plans.
• Proficiency in market research, including data collection, analysis, and reporting of market trends.
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Foundational sales and marketing skills, supporting campaign execution, lead generation, and customer engagement.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., social media, email marketing, CRM) is an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work on-site in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area and collaborate closely with local teams.
