About the Role
Hyve Solutions is looking for an Assembly Operator I to transform technology products into business growth areas for customers. The role requires a detail-oriented, hands-on, results-driven individual with proven communication skills and a strong work ethic in a challenging, fast-paced, energetic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Open and unpack chassis and components for server assembly
- Install/replace brackets and labels
- Integrate computer parts into a chassis on a progressive line
- Utilize small hand tools to install small screws and parts into a chassis
- Assemble handles, affix switches, and apply labels
- Install rails to elevation according to rack specifications
- Package finished racks
- Identify and scan labels for rack specifications
- May be required to assist with recycling materials
- Follow detailed assembly instructions, processes, and procedures
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to regularly lift, push, and/or move up to 40 pounds
- Ability to stand for a prolonged period
- Ability to work on ladders
- Manual dexterity
- Ability to effectively work within a team environment
- Ability to communicate and follow verbal and written directions
Pay: $18.50 - $21.00 per/hour
