About The Team

Advocacy Operations (AO) supports Amazon Flex in resolving scenarios that impact the delivery partner experience through real-time monitoring and offline operational work. This role is for an L2 associate at the Hyderabad site.

Key Responsibilities

• Follows Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) or manager's instructions to ensure tasks are quality compliant.
• Contributes to project improvement ideas.
• Provides timely responses to stakeholders on related tasks, adhering to SOP and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Proactively raises issues or alarms to management or stakeholders.
• Meets business metrics and goals, including SLAs, productivity targets, and quality benchmarks.
• Maintains records of daily work by updating trackers or workflow tools.
• Meets predetermined and assigned productivity targets and quality standards.
