About the Role

BSES Rajdhani Power Ltd. is a leading electricity distribution company based in Delhi, India, focused on delivering reliable, safe, and efficient power supply. This is a full-time, on-site role supporting day-to-day power distribution operations, coordinating with internal teams, and assisting in resolving customer concerns related to electricity services.

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day power distribution operations.
• Coordinate with internal teams.
• Assist in resolving customer concerns related to electricity services.
• Perform data entry and documentation.
• Follow established procedures and safety guidelines.
• Use company systems to track service requests and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with colleagues to meet performance targets.

• Ensure proactive communication for smooth operational workflows.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Ability to work with basic computer applications and internal software systems to manage data and documentation.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members professionally.
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to follow structured processes and safety protocols.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the capacity to respond to operational issues in a timely and responsible manner.
• Relevant academic background such as a diploma or degree in engineering, business, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in utilities, infrastructure, or customer service environments is an advantage.
• Willingness to work on-site in Delhi.
