About the Institute

Igniting Minds Institute is looking for dedicated, knowledgeable, and passionate mentors to guide students preparing for banking, railway, central government, and Tamil Nadu government competitive examinations. We welcome experienced faculty members and capable freshers who have strong subject knowledge and a genuine interest in teaching and mentoring students.

Job Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct classroom and weekend coaching classes for Bank, Railway, SSC, and TNPSC examinations.
• Teach Quantitative Aptitude, Mathematics, Logical Reasoning, General Awareness, and other relevant subjects according to the candidate's expertise.
• Handle TNPSC General Studies, General Tamil, and English wherever qualified.
• Explain concepts, shortcuts, problem-solving techniques, and examination strategies.
• Prepare lesson plans, study materials, practice questions, previous-year question discussions, and mock tests.
• Conduct regular assessments, analyze student performance, and provide feedback.
• Clear students' doubts and provide individual academic guidance.
• Keep track of official notifications, syllabus changes, and examination patterns.
• Motivate students to improve their confidence, discipline, speed, accuracy, and performance.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Essential Qualifications:
• Any recognized Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline.
• Strong knowledge of at least one or more competitive examination subjects.
• Good communication and classroom presentation skills.
• Ability to explain concepts clearly in Tamil and/or English.
• Preferred Qualifications and Skills:
• B.A., B.Sc., B.Com., B.E./B.Tech. or other relevant degree.
• B.Ed. or postgraduate qualification is an advantage, but not compulsory.
• Previous competitive examination coaching or teaching experience is preferred.
• Candidates who have cleared prelims or other stages of Bank, SSC, Railway, or TNPSC examinations are encouraged to apply.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with online tests, PowerPoint presentations, and digital teaching tools are desirable.

Subjects and Examination Categories

• Banking: IBPS, SBI and other banking recruitment examinations.
• Railways: RRB NTPC, Group D, ALP and other relevant RRB examinations.
• SSC: SSC CGL, CHSL, MTS and other SSC examinations.
• TNPSC: Group I, Group II/IIA, Group IV and other applicable TNPSC examinations.
