About the Role

Lex Pro Jure is a law practice based in South Delhi, focused on delivering high-quality legal services and practical solutions. This is a part-time Advocate role in a hybrid work arrangement, primarily based in South Delhi with some flexibility for working from home.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft pleadings, applications, and legal opinions.
• Assist in preparing case strategies and legal research.
• Appear before courts and tribunals as required.
• Coordinate with clients for case updates and documentation.
• Review evidence and records.
• Maintain case files.
• Support senior counsel.
• Ensure timely filing and compliance with procedural requirements.
• Uphold professional and ethical standards.
• Manage multiple matters efficiently.

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong legal research and analytical abilities.
• Capacity to interpret statutes, case law, and regulations.
• Proficiency in drafting pleadings, notices, contracts, and legal opinions with clear and precise language.
• Experience in courtroom advocacy, including presenting arguments, examining witnesses, and managing hearings.
• Effective client communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to explain legal issues in accessible terms.
• Organizational and time-management skills.
• Comfort with using digital tools for legal research, document management, and remote collaboration.
• Commitment to ethical practice, confidentiality, and continued professional development.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• LLB degree from a recognized institution.
• Enrollment with the Bar Council.
• Prior litigation experience is an advantage.
