About the Role

We are looking for energetic, target-driven sales professionals to engage with potential customers, understand their requirements, generate business opportunities, and drive revenue growth. Candidates from any industry are welcome, provided they have relevant sales experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify potential customers through calls, referrals, and other channels.
• Engage with prospective customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services.
• Drive sales conversions and achieve assigned monthly targets.
• Follow up with leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and sales performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Minimum 6 months of sales experience from any industry is mandatory.
• Candidates from EdTech, Telecom, Banking, Insurance, Retail, Automobile, BPO Sales, and other sales-driven industries are encouraged to apply.
• Graduates from all branches are eligible, except BA and MA graduates.
• Strong communication, negotiation, persuasion, and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Willingness to learn, take ownership, and contribute to business growth.

Qualifications

• Any graduate, except BA/MA graduates.
• Minimum 6 months of sales experience.

Compensation: Get a good hike on your last-drawn CTC, based on your interview performance and overall suitability for the role.
