Founding Engineer (Full Stack / Backend / AI)

About the Role

Dhara Technologies is developing an AI-native intelligence layer for businesses, starting with financial and transactional data from accounting systems like Tally. We seek an exceptional, hands-on engineer to establish the technical foundations of our product and contribute to building the engineering organization from its initial stages. This role involves direct collaboration with the founder, taking ownership of architecture and production reliability, developing core product capabilities, and helping to define the operational standards for an AI-native engineering company. Our current product is functional, and the opportunity lies in transforming it into a reliable platform for real businesses, with the potential for future ambitious developments.

Key Responsibilities
