ZootechX is a fast-growing software development and AI solutions company based in Mumbai, helping startups, SMEs, and enterprises build innovative digital products for clients across India and internationally. We specialize in custom software development, websites, e-commerce platforms, mobile applications, SaaS products, AI-powered chatbots, CRM & ERP systems, dashboards, and business automation solutions. As a Business Development Sales Intern, you'll work closely with the founders and gain practical exposure to B2B technology sales, client acquisition, software consulting, and international business development.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate qualified business leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, WhatsApp, networking, and online platforms.
• Conduct outbound cold calls to business owners, founders, and decision-makers.
• Pitch ZootechX's software development, web development, mobile app development, SaaS, AI automation, and digital transformation services.
• Schedule meetings, product demonstrations, and discovery calls with prospective clients.
• Follow up with prospects and nurture leads through the complete sales pipeline.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team to recommend suitable technology solutions.
• Participate in client meetings, presentations, and proposal discussions.
• Maintain CRM records, update lead status, and prepare daily sales reports.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and target industries.
• Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and client presentations.
• Support the sales team in closing deals and onboarding new clients.
• Work towards achieving monthly revenue and business acquisition targets.
