Key Responsibilities

• Engage in quality assurance activities for mobile technologies.
• Focus on testing and validation.
• Perform significant fieldwork, requiring strong analytical skills to assess and troubleshoot issues in mobile networks.
• Analyze customer requirements and convert them into system requirements.
• Assist in product and feature performance analysis for new releases.
• Set up test plans to meet project deadlines.
• Travel up to 25% for field testing activities.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or higher in a technical field preferred.
• 0-3 years of experience in a related role.
• Strong knowledge of mobile network technologies, including air interface and call processing.
• Familiarity with log post-processing tools and signaling messages is a plus.
• Ability to analyze and debug network-related features is a plus.
