About the Role

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) is hiring full-time, permanent Warehouse Janitorial Associates. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and contributing to workplace safety.

Work Schedule

• Days/nights vary, including weekends
• Shifts Available:
• 5:00 AM - 4:00 PM
• 5:00 PM - 4:00 AM
• Starting Pay: $15.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities

As a Warehouse Janitorial Associate, you will perform the following duties:

• Cleaning restrooms, break areas (indoor/outdoor), and office areas
• Sweeping, mopping, dusting, and removing trash
• Ensuring all walkways are clean and tidy
• Cleaning totes and other items
• Performing deep cleaning as needed
• Following all safety and quality standards
• Completing other basic janitorial duties as assigned

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Ability to lift and move totes up to 49 pounds
• Ability to walk in and around the facility frequently throughout the entire shift
• Must be able to stand and walk for up to 10-12 hours
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, and safe handling for chemicals sheets/documents (generally in English; may have in Spanish where state required)
• Dexterity in eye/hand coordination, feet (foot pedals), manual (picking, pinching, holding, grasping), and wrist motion (repetitive flexion/rotation)
• KBS Presence mobile timekeeping software is utilized for work hours, attendance, training, and employment information. All non-exempt employees are required to download and use the app on personal mobile devices for clocking in/out.
• Cell phone reimbursement is provided to support the use of personal devices for work-related tasks.
