Key Responsibilities
- Develop new tools in collaboration with trading teams.
- Manage a portfolio and its risks.
- Test and analyze trading strategies.
- Learn market mechanics and option theory.
- Communicate ideas and strategies to senior trading partners.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Pass the Series 57 licensing exam within two months of hire.
- Trade with firm capital.
- Trade in a group environment.
- Master proprietary tools and technology.
- Coding techniques.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree graduating between December 2026 and June 2027.
- Availability for an August 2027 start date.
- Interest in and curiosity about financial markets.
- Excellent quantitative and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in teams.
Compensation
- $100,000–$130,000 per year
