About the Role
Project AWARE is a New Delhi-based think tank focused on institutional AI safety through research, diplomacy, and capacity building. We are seeking a creative and motivated Communications & Digital Media Fellow to enhance our digital presence and disseminate our work to broader audiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging content for platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
- Design social media graphics, carousels, and short-form videos.
- Develop content that highlights our research, events, partnerships, and institutional activities.
- Support social media growth, audience engagement, and digital outreach.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Experience with Canva, video editing, graphic design, or social media management.
- Strong writing skills.
- Creativity.
- Understanding of digital audiences.
- Organized and responsive individuals who can work independently.
Qualifications
- Students or early-career professionals interested in content creation, digital media, or communications.
- A portfolio of social media content or creative work is particularly welcome.
- Prior experience in AI safety is not required.
Role Details
- Position: Communications & Digital Media Fellow
- Duration: 3 months, extendable
- Commitment: Approximately 2 to 4 hours per week
- Location: Remote
- Start Date: Immediate
- Compensation: Unpaid, voluntary fellowship
