R Square Analytics is a strategy consulting company specializing in Marketing and Sales analytics. We specialize in providing practical and cost-effective analytic solutions to help businesses make informed marketing and price-pack architecture decisions. This is a Graduate Management Trainee position, a 3-month paid program. Upon completion, each Management Trainee will have an opportunity at a full-time role based on performance. Multiple candidates will be selected for our industry experience program.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting with client projects
• Conducting secondary research on consumers, shopper, and economic trends
• Performing data analysis and quality checks
• Preparing data reports and PowerPoint presentations
• Performing data modeling and analysis on in-house and third-party tools
• Collaborating with the project team to contribute to the overall success of the project

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, Economics, Engineering)
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools like PowerBI / Tableau / Excel preferred
• Demonstrated data analysis and data visualization experience is desirable
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work well in a team
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with programming languages (e.g., Python, R) is a plus
