Crossing Infotech is hiring a Technical Recruiter Intern for a full-time remote internship in India.

Job Details

• Job Title: Technical Recruiter Intern
• Duration: 1 to 3 months
• Stipend: INR 14,500 to INR 16,000 per month
• Employment Type: Full Time (Internship)

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates for IT and technical roles using LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and professional networks.
• Understand technical job requirements and skill sets such as Java, Python, React, SQL, and Data Analytics.
• Write job descriptions, post openings, and manage incoming applications.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on skills, experience, and role requirements.
• Conduct initial screening calls to check technical skills, communication, and availability.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate records and prepare daily and weekly recruitment reports in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Work with the team to understand requirements and deliver tasks on time.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Basic understanding of recruitment and the hiring process.
• Basic knowledge of IT roles, technical skills, and technology terms.
• Ability to screen resumes and identify relevant skills.
• Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.
• Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Good written and spoken English communication.
• Good to Have: Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, or other job portals.
• Good to Have: Knowledge of Boolean search and candidate sourcing techniques.
• Good to Have: Basic understanding of applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Good to Have: Any recruitment or HR course, certification, or internship experience.

Qualifications

• Students and recent graduates in BBA, MBA (HR), B.Com, BA, B.Sc, BCA, B.Tech, or any related field.
• Freshers interested in building a career in technical recruitment.
• Candidates with a laptop or computer and a stable internet connection.
