Business Analyst Intern

About the Role

Crossing Infotech is hiring a Business Analyst Intern for a full-time remote internship in India.

• Duration: 1 to 3 months
• Stipend: INR 15,000 to INR 16,500 per month
• Work Mode: Remote (India)

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements by working with team members and stakeholders
• Analyze business data using Excel and SQL to find trends, gaps and improvement areas
• Prepare reports, dashboards and presentations for management review
• Create process flow diagrams, user stories and basic requirement documents
• Track project tasks, timelines and progress and share regular updates
• Support the team in testing and user acceptance of new features and processes
• Maintain data accuracy and prepare daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports
• Work with the team to understand requirements and deliver tasks on time

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Basic knowledge of Excel (formulas, pivot tables, charts)
• Basic understanding of SQL (SELECT, JOIN, GROUP BY, WHERE)
• Basic understanding of business analysis concepts and requirement gathering
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good documentation and presentation skills
• Good written and spoken English communication
• Candidates with a laptop or computer and a stable internet connection

Good to Have

• Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau or any reporting tool
• Knowledge of tools such as Jira, Trello or Visio
• Basic understanding of Agile and SDLC
• Any business analysis course, certification or project experience

Qualifications

• Students and recent graduates in B.Tech, BCA, MCA, B.Sc, BBA, MBA, B.Com or any related field
• Freshers interested in building a career in business analysis
