About the Role
Crossing Infotech is hiring a Staff Nurse for a full-time remote role in India. The engagement runs for 1 to 3 months.
Job Details
- Duration: 1 to 3 months
- Stipend: INR 15,000 to INR 16,500 per month

Key Responsibilities
- Review patient records, case sheets and nursing notes and prepare accurate clinical documentation.
- Support remote patient follow-up by preparing care plans, discharge summaries and patient education material.
- Coordinate with the healthcare operations team on patient queries, appointment schedules and care instructions.
- Review clinical data and nursing documentation for completeness, errors and missing details.
- Support the healthcare team in preparing clinical SOPs, nursing protocols and quality checklists.
- Follow patient privacy, confidentiality and healthcare compliance standards in all records.
- Prepare daily and weekly patient care and nursing documentation reports in Excel.
- Work with the team to understand requirements and deliver tasks on time.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Basic knowledge of clinical nursing, patient care and medical terminology.
- Understanding of nursing documentation, vital signs and common patient care procedures.
- Basic awareness of healthcare quality, infection control and patient safety standards.
- Basic knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets or MS Office.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good written and spoken English communication.
Good to Have
- Knowledge of electronic health records (EHR) or hospital management software.
- Familiarity with telehealth, patient counseling or care coordination.
- Basic understanding of HIPAA and healthcare compliance.
- Any nursing certification, BLS training or clinical internship experience.
Eligibility
- Students and recent graduates in GNM, B.Sc Nursing, Post Basic B.Sc Nursing, M.Sc Nursing or any related nursing field.
- Freshers interested in building a career in healthcare and clinical documentation.
- Candidates with a laptop or computer and a stable internet connection.
