Crossing Infotech is hiring a Social Media Intern for a full-time remote internship in India. The internship runs for 1 to 3 months.

Job Details

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage a monthly content calendar for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook and other social media platforms.
• Create and schedule posts, stories, reels and carousels that match the brand tone and audience interests.
• Design simple graphics, banners and social media creatives using Canva.
• Write engaging captions, hashtags and short copy for social media posts.
• Reply to comments and messages and grow the online community in a polite and professional way.
• Track post reach, engagement and follower growth and prepare simple weekly and monthly reports.
• Research competitors, trending topics, hashtags and content ideas to improve performance.
• Work with the team to understand requirements and deliver tasks on time.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Basic understanding of social media platforms such as Instagram and LinkedIn.
• Basic knowledge of content planning and content calendars.
• Familiarity with Canva or any graphic design tool.
• Good caption writing and creative thinking skills.
• Basic understanding of social media metrics such as reach, impressions and engagement.
• Good written and spoken English communication.

Good to Have

• Familiarity with scheduling tools such as Buffer, Hootsuite or Meta Business Suite.
• Basic knowledge of video editing tools such as CapCut or InShot.
• Basic understanding of SEO, hashtags and social media trends.
• Any social media marketing course, certification or internship experience.

Eligibility

• Students and recent graduates in BBA, MBA (Marketing), B.Com, BA, BJMC, BCA, B.Tech or any related field.
• Freshers interested in building a career in social media marketing.
• Candidates with a laptop or computer and a stable internet connection.
