Their work includes performance marketing, SEO, website and application development, and software automation for businesses in India and internationally.
Key Responsibilities
- Support campaign planning, setup, monitoring and optimisation across Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Conduct audience and keyword research and contribute to ad copy and creative testing.
- Track campaign results, prepare reports and recommend improvements based on data.
- Develop an understanding of budgets, bidding, conversion tracking and performance metrics.
- Learn how Amazon Ads and Flipkart Ads support marketplace growth.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Practical knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads, including campaign structure, targeting and bidding.
- An understanding of metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS.
- An analytical approach, attention to detail and clear communication.
- Willingness to learn, take ownership and apply feedback.
- Availability for the full six-month internship and the stated working hours.
Relevant coursework, training projects, or campaign experience can demonstrate skills.
Full-Time Opportunity
- After six months, candidates who meet performance expectations may be offered a full-time role at ₹35,000–₹40,000 per month.
- The full-time role will remain work from home until further notice.
- Conversion is performance-based and not guaranteed. Assessment will focus on campaign execution, analytical ability, improvement, ownership, and communication.
