About the Role
- This is a full-time, on-site Civil Engineer role based in Noida.
Key Responsibilities
- Planning, designing, and overseeing civil and infrastructure works within the manufacturing facility, including site development, utilities, drainage, and stormwater systems.
- Preparing design drawings and technical specifications.
- Coordinating with project teams and contractors.
- Monitoring construction activities for quality and safety.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards.
- Conducting site inspections.
- Resolving technical issues.
- Optimizing layouts for efficiency.
- Supporting maintenance and expansion projects.
- Collaborating closely with operations, maintenance, and external partners to deliver cost-effective, durable, and safe facilities.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Civil Engineering Design and Civil Engineering skills for planning, analysis, and execution of infrastructure projects.
- Experience working as Civil Engineers in industrial or manufacturing environments.
- Planning skills for project scheduling, resource allocation, and coordination across teams.
- Stormwater Management expertise for designing and maintaining effective drainage and water control systems.
- Knowledge of relevant building codes, standards, and safety regulations.
- Proficiency in engineering and design software (e.g., AutoCAD, civil design tools) and MS Office.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and manage multiple projects.
- Prior experience in industrial, manufacturing, or large infrastructure projects is an advantage.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related discipline.
