Video Editor

Vihara runs online auctions for bank-owned and retail real estate properties across the US, helping investors and first-time homebuyers find and win properties through a fast, transparent process. We're looking for a video editor who can turn property listings into scroll-stopping, story-driven videos.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit short-form (Reels/TikTok/Shorts) and long-form video for property and partner marketing
• Build story-driven ad videos from photos, logos, and copy using AI tools like Veo 3, Higgsfield, and AI-avatar generators
• Produce UGC-style, AI-avatar, and motion-graphics versions of the same concept for A/B testing
• Work directly off listing images, since we often have no raw footage
• Iterate fast based on Meta ad performance (hook rate, hold rate, CTR)

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Portfolio showing your real editing work
• Comfortable with Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, and Adobe After Effects
• Experience with at least one AI video tool
• Strong sense of direct-response pacing, not just polish
• Ability to build a full story and motion out of available assets

Nice-to-have: Real estate or property marketing experience
