Assistant Risk Manager

About the Role

PInterview is an innovative online platform dedicated to delivering high-quality interview practice and learning experiences for students and professionals. As an Assistant Risk Manager at PInterview, you will support the identification, assessment, and monitoring of operational, financial, and compliance risks associated with the online platform and its services. This is a full-time remote role.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and updating risk policies, procedures, and control frameworks.
• Help conduct regular risk reviews and audits of key processes such as user onboarding, session delivery, and data handling.
• Analyze data to detect trends and potential issues.
• Prepare risk reports and documentation for internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with product, operations, and technology teams to implement mitigation measures.
• Contribute to incident tracking and root-cause analysis.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance platform reliability and user trust.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Proficiency in using spreadsheets, dashboards, or basic analytics tools to track metrics and prepare risk-related reports.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and identify risk trends.
• Knowledge of risk management principles, frameworks, and basic compliance or regulatory concepts relevant to online platforms or digital services.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for documenting policies, presenting findings, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
• Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and maintain high ethical standards and attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree in risk management, finance, business, economics, statistics, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., in risk or compliance) are a plus.
• Experience or internship exposure in risk management, compliance, audit, or operations within tech, edtech, or online service companies is advantageous.
