About the Role

We are looking for fun, outgoing, talented individuals who are looking to make a difference in their community and have a blast doing it.

Scheduled Hours

• Friday: 5:00 PM–9:00 PM
• Saturday: 3:00 PM–8:00 PM
• Sunday: 1:00 PM–6:00 PM

Shifts are dependent on bookings and staff rotation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead/assist amazing Birthday Parties and special events.
• Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience.
• Create a warm, fun, and educational environment for children and families.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Experience with child development, physical education, and/or gymnastics is helpful.
• Ability to love having fun, give high 5’s, and play like a child.
• Passion for making others feel good.
• Ability to maintain a good mood.
• Ability to buckle down and do work when needed.

Qualifications

• High school or college student looking for extra weekend hours.
• Not a morning person (flexible scheduling available for afternoons and evenings).

Compensation

• $10.00 - $13.00 per hour
