About the Role

Nino Burger is a locally driven pop-up smash burger brand originating in Menomonee Falls, known for handcrafted quality and a strong sense of community. The team focuses on creating memorable, community-centered experiences at every event, from the grill setup to the overall atmosphere. All elements, including food preparation and branding, are developed in house to ensure authenticity and consistent quality. Team members are encouraged to contribute ideas and take pride in delivering both great food and a welcoming experience.

The Burger and Pizza Maker role at Nino Burger is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing and cooking smash burgers and pizzas to brand standards.
• Performing ingredient prep, grilling, baking, assembling, and plating.
• Maintaining a clean and organized workstation.
• Following food safety and hygiene guidelines.
• Managing inventory of ingredients and supplies during service.
• Interacting with guests and answering basic menu questions.
• Supporting smooth service during peak hours.
• Collaborating with the team to set up and break down events.
• Ensuring consistent product quality.
• Helping to improve recipes and processes.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Food Preparation and Cooking skills, including safe ingredient handling and following standardized recipes.
• Experience in Food & Beverage operations (kitchen, food stall, café, or restaurant).
• Solid Customer Service and Communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and kitchen cleanliness.
• Ability to work on-site in Mumbai with flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and event days.
• Capacity to stand for extended periods and handle a fast-paced, high-heat kitchen environment safely.

Qualifications

• Prior experience preparing burgers, pizzas, or similar fast-casual menu items is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent is advantageous.
• Formal culinary training is a plus but not required.
