About the Role
Business Point Solutions is seeking an HR Recruiter for a full-time position in Malad West, Mumbai. This role involves both domestic and international recruitment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for domestic and international vacancies.
- Manage bulk hiring for Gulf countries (UAE, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain).
- Understand client requirements and job specifications.
- Recruit candidates for both white-collar and blue-collar positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and internal databases.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews.
- Evaluate candidates based on experience, skills, and client requirements.
- Coordinate with domestic and overseas clients.
- Schedule online and offline client interviews.
- Maintain communication regarding interview feedback, selection, and closures.
- Guide candidates regarding passports, visas, educational certificates, and experience documents.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and candidate files.
- Coordinate offer letters, joining formalities, and onboarding.
- Follow applicable recruitment and documentation procedures.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates.
- Build professional relationships and candidate trust.
- Ensure smooth selection, documentation, and joining processes.
- Achieve recruitment and joining targets.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Strong communication and convincing skills.
- Knowledge of recruitment and candidate sourcing techniques.
- Ability to handle bulk hiring requirements.
- Good coordination, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in Excel.
- Knowledge of Gulf recruitment procedures is an advantage.
Qualifications
- Freshers and experienced candidates with 1-5 years of experience.
- Experience in overseas recruitment consultancies or manpower agencies.
- Experience in domestic BPO or international bulk hiring.
- Knowledge of visa processing and documentation.
- Target-oriented recruiters with strong candidate networks.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
Salary & Benefits
- Freshers: Up to ₹18,000 per month
- Experienced Recruiters: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month
- Additional Earnings: Attractive Incentives & Commissions
