About the Role
DNA Growth is seeking detail-oriented and motivated individuals to join their team as Medical Coders. This role is based in Mohali and requires working from the office. Immediate joiners are preferred for this UK process role.
Key Responsibilities
- Review medical records and clinical correspondence to ensure accurate coding.
- Apply medical terminology, anatomy, and ICD-10/CPT coding knowledge.
- Identify documentation gaps, discrepancies, and coding errors.
- Coordinate with healthcare professionals for clarification and follow-ups.
- Maintain high standards of coding accuracy, quality, and productivity.
- Follow relevant coding guidelines and healthcare compliance requirements.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Medical coding experience (1-2 years encouraged).
- Freshers with a relevant educational background and a strong understanding of medical terminology are welcome.
- Graduates in Life Sciences, Nursing, Pharmacy, or related disciplines are preferred.
- CPC certification or an equivalent medical coding certification is an added advantage.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn.
- Good communication skills.
Work Schedule
- Location: Mohali | Work From Office
- Shift: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM IST
- Working Days: Monday to Friday + 1 Saturday per month
