About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Provide internal support to various departments.
- Coordinate with teams to resolve operational issues.
- Respond to internal queries and support requests.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Follow up on pending requests and support smooth daily operations.
- Adhere to company policies and quality standards.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Good English communication and conversational skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Strong coordination, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work night shifts and collaborate with teams.
Qualifications
- Graduates: Freshers welcome.
- HSC (12th Pass): Freshers or candidates with at least 18 months of work experience.
- SSC (10th Pass): Candidates with a 3-year diploma or at least 1 year of work experience.
Transport Coverage
- Home pick-up and drop-off, subject to route eligibility.
- Routes include: Mira Road to Churchgate | CST to Thane | CST to Vashi.
- Please confirm route eligibility during the interview.
