Junior Team Member, Manufacturing

About the Role

To support the manufacturing by adhering to the production plans and achieving the desired results in the shop floor.

Key Responsibilities

• Support execution of daily shop floor operations in alignment with production schedules.
• Strictly follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
• Ensure safe handling and movement of materials within the chemical process plant.
• Comply with all Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) and Quality protocols.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with:
• Maintenance for equipment availability.
• Warehouse for raw material and finished goods movement.
• Quality for product clearance and compliance.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Chemical, Petrochemical, or Polymer Technology.
• Strong commitment to safety, quality, and operational discipline.
• Team player with good communication and coordination skills.
