- Role: Recruitment Specialist - Trainee
- Type: Full-time with benefits
- Location: Sector 62 - NOIDA, UP
- Shift: Night Shift Timing: 7:00 PM - 4:00 AM (USA Shift)
- Openings: 3
- Salary + Incentive + Cab/Meal
Key Responsibilities
- Work on available positions to fill for clients.
- Source profiles using various job portals like Monster, Dice, and CareerBuilder.
- Screen profiles and collect required information.
- Screen candidates over the phone for interviews and collect necessary information.
- Follow up with selected profiles to initiate their new roles.
- Work on different job types: contracts, permanents, and contract-to-hires.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Good communication skills
- Good learning skills
- Good email composing skills
- Ability to work a permanent night shift.
Qualifications
- Applicants with B.Tech, BCA, BA, or B.Com degrees are eligible.
