Vintage Films & Photography specialises in wedding photography, candid photography, cinematic wedding films, pre-wedding shoots, and destination weddings. We create personalised visual stories that capture the emotions and memories of a couple’s special day.

We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and target-oriented Wedding Sales Executive to handle client enquiries, understand wedding photography requirements, recommend suitable packages, and convert potential clients into confirmed bookings. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, a customer-first approach, and an interest in weddings, photography, and creative services.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle wedding enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, Instagram, website leads, and other platforms.
• Connect with prospective clients to understand their wedding dates, venues, event requirements, and budgets.
• Explain and present wedding photography, cinematography, pre-wedding, and destination wedding packages.
• Share portfolios, sample albums, cinematic films, and relevant work with prospective clients.
• Follow up regularly with leads and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
• Schedule client meetings and studio consultations.
• Negotiate pricing within approved company guidelines and close sales.
• Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, quotations, and bookings in the CRM or sales tracker.
• Coordinate with the photography and operations teams to ensure a smooth client handover after booking.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the company's revenue growth.
• Build strong client relationships and encourage referrals and repeat business.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools (basic knowledge).
• Comfortable handling phone calls, WhatsApp communication, and online enquiries.

Qualifications

• Graduate or undergraduate candidates with relevant sales experience may apply.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in wedding photography, luxury services, hospitality, events, or a related industry.
• Freshers with excellent communication and convincing skills may also apply.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Good negotiation, persuasion, and client relationship management skills.
• Target-driven, organised, proactive, and professional in approach.
• Ability to manage multiple leads and follow up consistently.
