PR & Social Media Associate (Kolkata)

About the Role

JEEVMEDIA is an international influencer marketing and creator management agency. This is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Kolkata Area.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day social media activities, including planning, creating, and publishing content across key platforms to strengthen brand presence.
• Support public relations initiatives by drafting press releases, coordinating media outreach, and maintaining relationships with creators, partners, and industry stakeholders.
• Monitor social media performance, engage with online communities, and respond to inquiries.
• Gather insights to refine communication strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and support campaign execution.
• Contribute ideas aligned with JEEVMEDIA’s creator-led marketing vision.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Social Media Content Creation and Writing skills
• Social Media Marketing and Social Media skills
• Communication skills (verbal and written)
• Basic graphic design or video editing is beneficial.
• Familiarity with influencer marketing is beneficial.
• Experience using social media analytics tools is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in social media or PR is preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to stay updated on digital culture and regional trends in West Bengal.
